User Agreement for Tap Tattoo Shop Owners and Tattoo Artists

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Tap Tattoo App (“Tap Tattoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Tap Tattoo mobile application (the “App”) as a shop owner or tattoo artist. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be authorized to use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a shop owner or tattoo artist on the Tap Tattoo platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. License
Tap Tattoo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the App for the purpose of promoting your tattoo services and managing appointments with customers, and also accessing any premium features and services on the platform to which you subscribe.

3. Shop Owner and Tattoo Artist Conduct
As a shop owner or tattoo artist on the Tap Tattoo platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your tattoo shop, including contact details, location, and services offered.
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with customers and other users of the platform.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the tattoo industry, including health and safety standards.

4. Morality Clause
You agree not to use the App to:

• Promote or engage in hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Share or create content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic.
• Encourage or facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, piracy, or fraudulent behavior.
• Exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Promote or engage in any other behavior that is contrary to common decency or violates community standards.

5. Subscription and Revenue Sharing
Tap Tattoo offers subscription plans for shop owners and tattoo artists to access premium features and services on the platform. In addition to subscription fees, Tap Tattoo may also collect a percentage of revenue generated through bookings made on the platform. By using the App, you agree to the subscription terms and revenue sharing model outlined by Tap Tattoo.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and any content provided by Tap Tattoo are owned by Tap Tattoo. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without prior written consent from Tap Tattoo.

8. Termination
Tap Tattoo reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Agreement
Tap Tattoo reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
