User Agreement for Tap Tattoo App
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Tap Tattoo App (“Tap Tattoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Tap Tattoo mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. License
Tap Tattoo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any features of the App.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the App or the networks or services connected to the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by Tap Tattoo. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent from Tap Tattoo.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Tap Tattoo does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tap Tattoo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tap Tattoo harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Agreement
Tap Tattoo reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
